Payments Through MyRedcliff are Currently Unavailable
Moneris has updated their payment system and it is not compatible with MyRedcliff. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are investigating options to allow for payments as soon as possible.
Payment Alternatives:
- In person at Town Hall located at #1 – 3rd St NE, Redcliff, AB.
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Payments accepted in person include cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or Interac (debit).
- In the After Hours Drop Box located just north (to the right) of the main entrance to Town Hall. Payments accepted in the After Hours Drop Box include cheque or cash.
Note: The Town will not be responsible for deposits held in the After Hours Drop Box.
- Mail to Town of Redcliff, Box 40, Redcliff, AB, T0J 2P0. Payments accepted by mail include
The Town will record payment received as per the postmark on the envelope, not the cheque date. If the Canada Post postmark is absent or illegible, the date the cheque is received will be the payment date. Commercial postage meter imprints will not be honoured as a postmark.
- Online through Internet/Telephone Banking.
Payments accepted online through Internet/Telephone banking are transferred electronically from your bank account. To make a payment using Telephone/Internet Banking search “Redcliff” as a payee, then select “Redcliff, Town of, Utilities” and enter your 8-digit utility account number (without the decimal) as the account number. Please ensure to allow enough time for bank processing times.
- Online through PaySimply.
Payments accepted through PaySimply include Visa and MasterCard. To use PaySimply, visit www.paysimply.ca, search for “Redcliff” and select “Redcliff (Town) Utilities”. All you will need to complete the payment is an email address for a receipt to be sent to, the name as it appears on the utility invoice, the utility account number, and the amount you wish to pay.
- Automatic Bi-Monthly Withdrawal through the Utility Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP).
Payments are paid bi-monthly directly from your bank account through a pre-authorized payment plan. To apply for the PAP, fill out the Utility Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Form at https://redcliff.civicweb.net/filepro/documents/10676, and submit it to finance@redcliff.ca or deliver to Town Hall along with a void cheque
