Development
Development is responsible to ensure compliance with the Town’s Municipal Development Plan and Land Use Bylaw by:
- Processing and review of subdivision applications;
- Processing and review of development applications;
- Investigating complaints with respect to developments; and
- Issuing enforcement actions.
Development also processes requests for information with regards to development in the Town such as Compliance Certificates.
