The Redcliff FCSS is proud to present the Community Helpers Program Mental Health Awareness Course Tuesday May 13th, and Friday May 16th from 5:00-8:00pm at the Redcliff Town Hall Education Room.
This FREE course for ages 12 – 30 offers training in awareness and prevention skills and touches on topics such as boundaries, self-care, mental health wellness, and suicide.
Individuals must attend both sessions to receive their certificate of completion.
