Please be advised that Town Water Treatment Plant Operations crews and contractors will be completing pond desludging operations in the coming weeks as part of ongoing infrastructure maintenance, estimated to begin the week of May 25th.
Residents may notice increased activity with equipment, truck traffic, and temporary odours in the area while work is being completed.
Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and complete the project safely and efficiently. Water Treatment Plant operations and water quality will not be affected by this maintenance activity.
This maintenance work is important for maintaining the long-term performance and reliability of the Town’s water treatment infrastructure.
